My main instrumental focus has always been the guitar. Starting with classical when I was eleven, I soon discovered the electric guitar through musicians like John McLaughlin, Hendrix and David Gilmore.
Improvisation and composition soon grabbed my interest and I spent more and more time listening to jazz and other genres with improvisation as a main focus.
Over the years I've lead several bands and projects. In the present I lead a jazz quartet with Adam Forkelid on piano and Fender Rhodes, Kenji Rabson on bass, and Moussa Fadera on drums. Check out the live footage here on the right.
I also play in the Post Progressive rock group Paatos. We're up to our fifth album now, with our most recent release, Breathing, being very well received in the press so far.
Have a listen below to a variety of music I've recorded with many different groups. More to come!
